Executive Summary
George Flowers is pleased to present this proposal to PWA. We have already designed and fully built the PWA Platform — a custom web platform tailored to PWA's programs, community, and organizational needs. This platform exists today — it is complete, tested, and ready to deliver.
A comprehensive community platform built for PWA, supporting prisoner HIV/AIDS advocacy, peer support, harm reduction resources, community events, and member engagement.
Rather than asking PWA to fund a build from scratch, George Flowers is offering to deliver a finished product — a fully operational, professional web application — along with the option to retain us for ongoing administration, or to train an internal staff member to manage it independently.

Contract: Minimum 3-month commitment. Month-to-month thereafter. 30-day cancellation notice required.

If PWA prefers to manage the platform internally, George Flowers will train a designated staff member or volunteer to operate the platform independently.
