Executive Summary
FMG 6IX is pleased to present this proposal to Africans in Partnership Against AIDS (APAA). We have already designed and fully built a custom web platform specifically tailored to APAA's programs, community, and organizational needs. This platform exists today — it is complete, tested, and ready to hand over.
Rather than asking APAA to fund a build from scratch, FMG 6IX is offering to deliver a finished product — a fully operational, professional web application — along with the option to retain us for ongoing administration, or to train an internal APAA staff member to manage it independently. This approach eliminates uncertainty, reduces risk, and means APAA sees exactly what they're getting before signing anything.

Because this platform has already been designed and built by FMG 6IX specifically for APAA, you are not paying for an unknown future build — you are paying to receive a finished, working product. This price reflects the transfer and configuration of a fully operational custom platform, not a from-scratch estimate.
Live Platform Handover
Full transfer of the completed APAA web application to your domain and hosting

Content Population
Importing APAA's existing content, programs, staff bios, and media into the platform
Branding Finalization
Final alignment with APAA's official colours, logo, and identity guidelines

Timeline: 2–3 weeks from signed agreement — primarily content gathering and domain configuration.
Payment Terms: 50% deposit upon signing ($1,750), 50% upon successful launch ($1,750).

Monthly Retainer
$400 CAD/mo
FMG 6IX continues to manage the platform on APAA's behalf. Your team makes requests — we handle all updates, content changes, technical maintenance, and reporting. APAA gets a professionally maintained platform without needing any in-house technical staff.

Add/edit programs, events, jobs, news, and stories on request (up to 8 updates/month)
Security Monitoring
Monthly security scans, vulnerability patches, SSL renewal
Performance Optimization
Speed checks, image optimization, uptime monitoring

Weekly backups with 90-day retention — your data is always safe

Contract: Minimum 3-month commitment. Month-to-month thereafter. 30-day cancellation notice required.
Out-of-scope work (new features, redesigns, custom builds) billed at $95 CAD/hr — quoted in advance.
Internal Admin Training & Handover

If APAA prefers to manage the platform internally, FMG 6IX will train a designated staff member or volunteer to operate the platform independently. This package equips your team with everything they need — live training, recorded guides, and a written manual — so APAA is never dependent on an outside vendor for day-to-day operations.
Live Admin Training Session (3 hrs)
Hands-on walkthrough of the entire admin portal with APAA's designated person — conducted live via video call or in person
Recorded Video Tutorial Library
Custom screen-recorded walkthroughs of every admin function, securely hosted and accessible anytime
Plain-Language Admin Manual (PDF)
Step-by-step written guide: posting events, updating programs, adding stories, managing donations, and more
2 Follow-Up Support Sessions (1 hr each)
Q&A and troubleshooting calls within 60 days of training completion
90-Day Emergency Contact Access
Direct escalation to FMG 6IX for any critical issues in the 90 days following handover
Optional Add-On: Ongoing light support for the APAA internal admin at $200/month — up to 2 hrs/month of guidance and troubleshooting via phone or email.
